Q: How do I place a new order?
Browse through the categories or type what you are looking for in the search box located above the categories. Once you have found what you are looking for, simply click on it to get to the product details page. Once you are happy with what you see, decide on the quantity and type this amount in the 'qty' box below the item. Next, click on 'Add to cart' to add your item(s) to your virtual shopping basket. When checking out, you will need to login to your account (or register) to complete the transaction. You will then be transferred to the PayPal payment page where you may use your debit/credit card to pay. You will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order once complete.

Q: Are my order / payment details secure?
Pricethriller.com takes your security very seriously. We use PayPal to process our customer payments since it is a very secure electronic payment medium as it uses tough Thawte SSL technology.PayPal adds to a seamless online shopping experience. Furthermore, only your shipping address and order details are passed on to the payment receiver. No credit/debit card numbers are passed on. Please visit www.paypal.co.uk for more information.

Q: Do I need an account to make a purchase on your website?
Yes, at present you need to register on this website to complete an order. At the checkout on the PayPal screen you will be requested to enter your debit/credit details. For further details please visit

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide at low shipping prices (available at the checkout). On very rare occasions we cannot ship to certain destinations. If this is the case with your order, you will be notified.

Q: How do I check the status of my order / track my package?

You may check the status of your order through your account once logged in. Note this is not a 'live' tracking system and only exists to help you see the confirmed steps of your order. There are several Order Status indications that you may want to be aware of and these are as follows:

Pending Payment Clearance: Order has been made but payment has NOT been made or we are waiting for the PayPal eCheque or Bank Transfer to clear. Your order will be processed as soon as payment has cleared.
Processing: You have made and paid for the order. We are in the process of confirming your order.
Order Processed (Packaging Order): Your order has been processed and confirmed successfully and your item is in the process of being packaged, ready for shipping.
Dispatched: Your order has been dispatched and on route to your door. Please wait for the stated delivery period (working days counted from the date of order dispatch).
Update: This is to indicate an update of information regarding your order. This may mean the item is no longer available, is being re-stocked or some other related issue has risen. Please login to your account to read the comments under your order for further details.
Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled and It will not progress any further. Any paid amount would have been refunded.
Refunded: Your order has been voided and a refund has been given.

If you have paid for or received parcel tracking information then you would have also been sent a website link to the shipping company used to dispatch your order.  

Q: What happens after I have completed the checkout and paid?
Once you have completed the checkout, your order will typically go through the following phases:

1. Order is made on Pricethriller.com and shown as ‘Pending’

2. (1-12 hours) Order is checked, shipping details matched and warehouse is given command to package order. Order status will now read ‘Order Processed’

3. (12-24 hours) Order is dispatched and on route to your door. Order status will now read ‘Dispatched’

Please note the time scale shown is only an estimate, although we will make every effort to dispatch orders quickly. If in the event the item ordered is out of stock, we will re-stock as soon as possible (usually 5-10 working days) and dispatch immediately.


In some rare cases, our warehouse may not be able to re-stock an item due to it being discontinued or associated with a manufacturer recall. In these situations it is out of our control to fulfil the order and so you will be given a full refund. Sometimes our warehouse may be able to re-stock the item ordered but may take a little longer (1-2 weeks).

Q: Why has my order not been processed yet?
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours. If you place an order over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) then your order will be processed on the following Monday.

Q: I ordered an item a few days ago, so why has it not yet been dispatched?

There may be an issue with your order. Please check your email, login to your account and check your order details or contact the support team at support@pricethriller.com.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel an order but only if the order status still reads ‘Pending’ or ‘Processed (Packaging Order)’. Please login and check the status of your order. All paid and complete orders are usually processed (finalised) by 9:00pm GMT (London) everyday. So if you had made your order during the day at e.g. 2:00pm then you may cancel it before 9:00pm. You may still be able to cancel the order even if it has been 'Processed' - please contact us with your order number and we will let you know if this can be done at the current order stage. Once the order status reads 'dispatched', you must wait and receive the item before attempting to return it and cancelling your order. Please read the returns page for further information.

Q: Do you offer any bulk order discounts?
Yes, we do offer discounts for large orders, but the minimum order (MOQ) varies for each product. Please contact us at
support@pricethriller.com with your query and order quantity you are thinking of purchasing, being sure to add the product name in the email details.

Q: Will I need to pay any Import Duty or Tax / Customs?
Generally all packages are marked as 'Gift' for parcels being sent outside of the UK and Europe since it is intended for personal, consumer use. However, we cannot guarantee tax-free receipt of goods since all countries have different import regulations. The customer is responsible for any tax the item may incur. Pricethriller.com will not be held responsible for any item confiscation by customs or import regulators.
