Shipping & Returns We like to keep things simple here at Pricethriller UK and so we have the following shipping options at the checkout, which are applicable regardless of the package weight or size:
Please be sure to select the correct shipping option during checkout and ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide for normal circumstances only and are valid after the dispatch of goods. Whilst we do everything in our power to ensure you item(s) arrive in a timely and safe manner, we cannot be held responsible for postal losses or delays out of our control. Items will usually be shipped from our warehouses located in the Far East. This ensures good quality products are provided with the best prices possible. Online Parcel Tracking Services Item not received? Postal losses are often the result of an incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, so please ensure your shipping address is correctly entered. If an item is found to have gone missing due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, Pricethriller UK bares no responsibility for the loss. Please ensure you enter the correct address at the checkout. Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot amend your order. I ordered an item and chose an express shipping method; it's been a few days since so why is the order still ‘pending’? Returns 1. Item(s) will be exchanged with the same or a similar alternative product (if out of stock). It is a standard policy of Pricethriller UK to offer an exchange. No refund or credit is provided unless at the discretion of Pricethriller UK. 2. An RMA request must be made within 30 days of invoice. No return will be accepted without an official RMA number from Pricethriller UK. 3. Any return shipping costs and expenses are the buyer’s responsibility. This includes return packaging and postage costs, unless the item(s) were not the ones you had ordered and are classed as ‘incorrect items’. 4. All original packaging and accessories must be included in the return. Any missing items will not be replaced e.g. if no original box is returned, you will receive the replacement in a protective bag. 5. Goods returned will be tested / checked and if found 'not faulty' or damaged, they will be returned at the buyer’s expense. 6. Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons and it will be stated clearly on the product details page if this is the case. Item returns process: Step 1: You must e-mail support@pricethriller.com explaining the issue(s) with the product and wait for Pricethriller UK to respond with a solution and / or return instructions. |
